Everlasting Fire.

Does the gushing of the eyes ever stop?
Will this burning ever come to a standstill?
Will the ocean stop the pain?
come bear all its water and wash out the hurt,
Will my heart ever feel love?
for the love that I pour out for them?
Will I ever see my Dad again?
More so, will I break when Ama goes?
Will I shatter into pieces?
Will my Mum ever stop beating her kids?
Will she ever love us?
I wonder if I will ever stop feeling,
Numb to it,
I have so much to give,
but it all comes to a halt,
all this hurt, this resentment,
Its not a matter of letting go,
Because it seems this burning seems to be everlasting.
