I teach WomXn how to use their Menstrual Cycles as a tool which they can use to enhance their daily Life and pleasure. Fusing my background in Western Pharmaceutical and Physiological Science with the vast world Holistic health. Decolonising Womb Health and using Ecology as a model for understanding and approaching the dynamic nature of health and disease.

I am currently working on several Audio-Visual Projects.
Using my GoPro 8 and for Sound:
TASCAM DR-05X Stereo.
I am Seeking a Video Editor for this Project as
well as Producers.
Poet, Writer. Multidisciplinary Artist – I wrote as a means of survival, growing up living in a highly abusive, religious and conservative community. Writing was the only outlet I had whilst being locked up, hidden away in plain sight, for the first 21 years of my life, in modern Britain. I cultivated hope through my creating my plans, and writing out dreams. I wrote to process the pain of daily abuse. I wrote daily, multiple times a day. Both digital and in hand, on paper. It was private, until, when I
finally left the psychopathic cult/ my abusive family and community.
When I finally got out, I got on stage and finally shared my Words. My Words of Pain. Not this Story as I am sharing with you now, as I tell it now, here on this screen,, not in blind daylight anyway. I never have shared my Story, as it is. I have always just hidden it, because I was taught to hide the abuse for my whole life, I had always been taught that I could never share the truth to anyone, the risk of jail for life for them would be too high, “What happens at home, stays at home”. No Therapist, No School Teacher, No Adults, No Doctor, Nurse, or any healthcare professional heard the truth of what actually was happening to my body and mind daily. Except my close Family members, they were the only ones I was begging to, to save us. But
no-one came to rescue us, so writing became my outlet.
