If Love has a Language,
Then let me be fluent in its Dictionary ,
Let me learn of its Clauses, its Elipses, its Poetry,
Capitalise the Space in which we become Acquainted,
and let each Pause be a Reminder of the Magic we have been Gifted,
If God had a Plan, then this is his Divinity,
As a Follower, my Trust in Him is a Prayer in itself,
What is Love, if not for Self?
If not for the Flow amongst the rhythm of Babylon,
I have evoked a Power that’s Greater than I,
and it has come Blessed,
Kissing at my Feet and my Eyes.
I am Returning to the Truth,
My Purpose, now returning,
A Rememberance,
I am planting my roots into the ground,
I grew as a Phantom seperate from the Earth,
Growing in any Waters around me,
Drowning, sometimes Swimming,
My roots like Jellyfish, never Embedded,
Most time’s floating in Space and Time which was not mine
Now I spread my Wings far,
Without Constrictions of “Logh Kya Boleh Geh”
Without Abuse,
Or the False love from the same Abusers ,
Mouths writhing in Judgement,
who never Dare speak to my Face,
Instead plant Thorns into others Ears,
Whilst I hurt hearing this, across Oceans,
Because it truly burns, being singed on the depths of my Soul,
How can I deny and pretend it does not feel as if I am being betrayed by my Only Lovers,
It has felt as though I have endured the Death of my Parents for yet a Third Time,
But I am done now.
The Grave has set, and I have said my Prayers.
For what is to Serve me, would Remain in my life,
and what is a Disservice, to Return upon itself.
Inna lillahe wa inna ilayhi rajioon.
But I start with Bismillah,
Now,
Since I am have returned from this Drifting,
I am found spreading my Fingers deep into the Earth,
The Soil, the Seeds, and all that make it Be,
As if making Love to it,
Without a Taming of my Wildness,
I am stepping into my Truth,
A Space for Limitless Love,
Something so Rare,
My duty to the World is to Voice Freedom.
The Cracking open of Throats,
To unleash the Paralysed Phoenix in my Chest,
an Awakening.
How can they Say they Love?
if they do not let Children Free?
Their tongues intertwined with the same Hell which inflicted them,
a Cycle,
What is purer than a Child in his Freedom?
The eyes in which they carry Love can be seen Glinting,
Embraced by who Bear them,
Smiles worn like Uniform, cheek to cheek,
I now send Love to my Source,
To enrich my insides made of Gold, Emerald, Jade and Turquioise,
Every atom fluttering inside of me,
As if Hummingbirds feeding on Flowers,
and in exchange I have been gifted a Goblet of Innocence,
a Distant Romance,
Patiently awaiting at my Doorstep,
Come hide in my Eye line,
You can be safe here, my irises will remain Dilated in your presence,
Bringing you the same light I shine upon myself,
I am intoxicated with every Breath you share with me,
Your laughter, a Song my Ears rejoice in,
Your Mother, a Righteous Woman,
An honour it is to be in the Presence of Holy people,
Who choose to Live in passion, daily
I wake up Praying now,
Grateful towards this Gratitude,
of my Limbs, my Eyes, my Mouth, my Lips, my Ears, my Nose,
My Voice,
Grateful to be Waking up to the whispers of Birds,
the Cockrels Song, and the scutter of Lizards on Stone,
The Beating rain on my Cabins Roof,
The Grass and how it tickles on the undersides of my Feet,
The song the earth sings emanating through each Toe,
I am Elated,
From the Freedom you have Gifted to me,
Ya Rabba,
Tu heyeh Al-Wahaab aur Tu heyeh Al-Kabeer,
Ya Al-Wadood,
The Love you bring fourth,
Will only Manifest upon more Excuberance,
A Vista of Creation you have Created,
and surely I with Hands raised,
Will Worship you through this Veil,
Until my Last Breath escapes.
