Cradle me
My sorrows washed into think blankets
Used to cover up the cold in flesh,
Hold me ,
Like you would hold a new born child,
Lay me in pink roses and milk,
Conjure up the sacredness out of my belly,
Stroke my hair
And hold my back,
As if I was a child,
Buckled over weeping into your arms,
Cover me in your leaves, branches to cover every inch of my burnt wings,
And pray with me until the tsunami is over,
Place my feet back into the soil,
Let the earth make a harvest at my toes,
Water until roots have embedded themselves deep into the womb of the earth,
Until her core is set,
So yellow roses can crawl out of my mouth,
Form like vine leaves across my neck and chest,
Despite the blood from thorns,
Their is nourishment from past pain.
It is fertiliser.
Some days I just wish to feel,
To know of ears that do not purge out scripture,
Just body against body,
Breathing in tandem,
Knowing that another person ,
Wrapped in skin, analogies, eyes, hear, compassion.
Is attending to his own garden, whilst pulling weeds , he is still sewing new seeds,
New semillas for the summer will come,
This type of touch, is one that provides hope,
One that provides a gentle fight through the night
Solely from breathing with me,
Solely from holding my hand
This is far from reach right now
Right now Princess
You just crave rest and nurturing,
An unspeakable, undescribable feeling has flooded the town,
Has made the waters dirty, algae has overgrown and there is no oxygen left for flowers
There is no breath for those living underwater.
Everything has died
I must clean thy water
Will rest and clean the water
Thy water is holy ,
And you are a sacred flower,
A precious rose growing from dirt,
A paralyzed phoenix ready to set aflame her wings
Only to return again,
I need to feed.
Need to stimulate the numbness .
There is no-one to touch or hold
Only scripture has been spun out by mouths
As if spiders form webs
The same web each time
I get caught the same way
Wonder upon my foolishness
I yearn love
I will find my own way.
The lone wolf estranged from its pack.
Hunting , trying to find home in the false light
I apologise for my insanity to those who do not comprehend the veins of my mind which are doused in depression
