What is a Woman
If not the Crucible of Creation?
If not an Expansion and extension of God?
of green and gold Rivers spun in violet leaves,
Spilling from them fountains of Youth, Radiance and Grapes,
Biofluorescent Love spun into Skin,
Illuminated with the breath that was blown into Us, by She, and He, and Love,
Held with the Wind blown under us, and over us,
The Wind of the Ancient ones that Came before Us,
Each with their own Testimony, own Test and Triumph,
What is a Woman?
If not the Heart to the Portal of the Inner,
Of the deep Playground of the Whole of Life,
A play in Holding it All,
The Dark, the Deep, the Magnificence,
A Ritual cut in Blood, monthly,
An Offering, as Life gives, so do We,
The Holy Kingdom lies in the Hips of a Woman,
Her Centre mimics Nature,
The earth of the universe, it’s Fertiliser,
where Roots are found hidden, where everything you could imagine is Held,
Her Story, their Stories, the Story of the Earth,
and our Wombs dialogues along,
Speaking through our Bodies,
What is a Woman?
If not the Holiest? If not Mediums to the other World,
Though we may not all desire to Birth,
What a Weight we Carry, upon our Crowns
And in our Centres,
We connect Source to this Physical Body,
a hand into Heaven,
For Pleasure,
and in Procreation,
We can bring fourth Existence,
Portals we Are,
Through our open Hearts and Hips,
A Woman I am,
Deranged,
Rampaged,
Wild,
Woman.
I am becoming A Rebellion,
For they Almost Took me Out,
Silenced,
and I refuse to be Another One of Us,
Another Brown Body buried,
Voiceless.
I am swimming to Where it Hurts,.
We are Women
