Belonging 1 – hüzün

I am in combat with my own mind,

I feel almost locked within the brims of my skin
 for I have become contained

my soul naked and bare to touch
a shattered war zone where lays my brain in two,

is where my secrets settle
my hands lay written in braille, with piercing secrets to unfold as you feel
a dull face with debilitated skin,

scripted with screams of my silently tormented mind
they’re have become ashes laid upon my lipswhere once roses flew,
a tongue that never tires, spits fire effortlessly

while my breath disputes with the air,

my personality pierces and daggers

with manipulation and jagged thoughts which only taunt me

I may have a mouth to speak, but what snakes out of it

is only slithering and hissing nothing but disgust

marinating in between my tongue of lies

and laying in the throat which curdles up hatred

my heart lies frozen, rotten, and forgotten

I wonder whether anything could flow into heal it

wondering if my scars could deepen and pirouette deeper like ballerinas
they’ve seeped further then my flesh finding themselves swimming through my veins
drowning in my soul, where they further tried to escape this life completely

two tormenting parts of my mind playing games with each other
while one is imbalanced the other becomes traumatized
equilibrium is hard to find at a time as such.
dismissing it wont ease the pain, acknowleding it wont ease the pain
but acceptance seems out of the question.

and the attacks are still striking, blood leaks from this mental knife which pierces to never miss.

and I am sat here, while the coroners await my death

my blood bleeds at the absence of your affection

your absence which is craved by my touch

dear lord, am I worthy of seeing your face
I am yet a mere stranger in this world,

I do not belong on this eart
I’m a  traveler, awaiting..
