God’s Gift

God gave me a chance,
To see the beauty upheld in the ebbs and webs of life,
Gold found amongst hardship,
Everything, click clicking away
All fitting into the Jigzaw puzzle,
I feel like I’ve accessed another realm of existing,
This tumor was a gift,
Truly ,
The roses in my eyes aligning,
Is this what it is to Live?
To truly taste the colours life throws at me,
Singing in the rainfall,

Spring is in bloom,
Despite this winter cold eating at me,
This journey of mine is only just beginning,
Yet I have been through lifetimes of existing,
Suffering, merely breathing,
Now I breathe with whole breaths,
The inhale of all that is love,
Exhale, in the practise of letting go and being,

I am,
But a Child of God,
The Universe, my playground,
Maybe I don’t belong here,
My blood will never be mine,
My body constantly battling with itself,
My home will always be in The World
But, my God, do I have love seeping through my veins,
I have so much to Give,
My creation,
To Live,
To Give ,
Love and only Love.
