Not for this World.

I feel more connected to strangers,
Then I do with my friends,
more connected to the sea,
then my own family,
they blinded by their own lies,
I am more connected to every leaf, every branch on a tree,
to every root that thickens, to every insect that moves,
than I am to anything else,
every flower blooming, from its birth to its death, ,
More connected to the water,
to the stars in the sky, because when I look up
I do not see a fire ball,
I see home,
I stretch my neck to see the moon,
to look up at the stars in awe, the clouds with awe
When it rains, I take my hood down,
I let it pour on to my face, every inch of my body rushing with glorius water
I find that my skin which not left bare,
craves to be free,
just like my soul.
when they wash my body when I die,
maybe then this body will truly be free,
wash me in rose water, and cover me in flowers,
for they truly know my story,

I was not made for this world.

I was not made for this world.
