Only Fools and Horses

You,
Ravenous claws biting,
You thought that I would fall for your tricks little one
I fell only once, scabbed a little
Patted my wound dry;
Found it bleeding still after
Thought the wound would heal if I understood my worth
But yet you manipulated my tongue
Made it so it only abided by you,
Told me that these scratches were to show love, to be loved

What was it about me that you thought you could control?
My vulnerabilities do not leave we weak,
I rise strong in my armour of life
You messed with the wrong Lady my Dear
I fear you understand now what you lost
And let me not lie upon my tongue
That I hadn’t had love for you
For who cries for a child, despite them puncturing your lungs thrice over ?
Who?

Now I understand the vulgarities of your mind,
They lay numb,
You do not even understand what a dark human being you are
That your insides are as dark as black holes
But the image you outplay is so beautiful
Painted with humour and roses
Go ahead and fool the horses yet again
But not on my watch
You cannot step foot on my territory again.
