Relentless Love

Precious Heart,

Knitted with the Webs of Spiders,

Spun in Tragedy,

Heartbreak was Woven in from Birth,

A basket of Olives, fresh Grapes, and the Pulp of my pain,

formed a Tapestry of Love

That was Marked and Beaten,

Entrenched with the Sweetness of the parts of me that were left Unharmed,

The parts of me I protected at all Costs,

My Love.

My Love,

Relentless,

Brewing in Carcadomom and Anise,

with Canela and the memories of my Grandma,

Served with Rice Milk and Prayers.

I am the Prayer,

that was Left Unheard,

Thought God had forgotten about Me,

but my Relentless Nature,

Forced God to Listen,

and then I remembered,

How He had demanded Angels by my Side,

Since that Day, a hand laid its mark on Me.

A Curse of the Gifted,

The Sins of those who Lost the Message.

I am still seeking,

for Answers.

God?

Why send me a Heart that is scarred,?

yet Bleeds like its given Birth,

This Canal of Spirit to travel through,

Sometimes gets caught on the Thorns that come with the Roses you Gift me.
