Silent Death

my body is a waterfall,
a gushing land of ruins,
every 3 weeks there is a turnover,
a new location of pain,
Playing scrabble with my limbs,

To live with a body thats failing internally,
That my own organs don’t wish to exist,
My spirit wishing it was home,
Not in this life but another,
While I wear coats of colour and smiles,

I am an accidental existence,
A wild soul misplaced
In the body of a woman,

I am dying,
and noone even knows.
