Take me Up.

They say God is in the Trees,
That I will find him in prostration,
Head down, I will find him
On my knees, wailing, screaming
That he’s in every branch of the tree,
from the stem to the leaves that reach  out to the Sun
That He is in Control of all that is land,
of all that is Myth,

Oh Dear God,
I cry out to You,
Please take me up into the Land Above,
You say you love me,
You say you are the most Might,
No Question in doubt,
Stop the Pain, and take me Up.
Up to the Greats,
and maybe I am not worthy,
Glory from up Above,
Take me Up my Lord, my Love,

They say you are in the breath that lifts from my tongue,
every bubble of water falling from the sky,
in every innocent kid running into the garden of life,

I am tired, I feel these shackles on my feet have grown tired,
I find myself endlessly moving,
for nobody. my Heart ready to burst out of my chest, rotten
Please Lord.

I am tired.
But make it Easy on Them.
For they will never understand.
