untitled

fresh waters arising,
treading on new grounds,
paving to lighter frequencies,
the sun has not come out yet,
but my insides begin to radiate once more,
I realise how lucky I am,
how grateful I am for torment,
when the rain pours over me,
I feel a flood of joy plummeting over my skin,
as if it was hungry,
as if it was nourishment,
the same way the sun feeds the melanin within me,
the water purges out the silence,
makes way for fertile soil,
out of which new seedlings can form,
same old story,
the healing this year is uncomfortable,
my body sleeps till it cannot,
my eyes have dimmed in colour,
I am awaiting for energy to scurry through my skin again,
I want all knots to be ridden of,
I will facilitate change across all areas,
will curate love,
but right now I must rest,
my womb is once again screaming.
