What would Life be Like?

I sometimes wonder what my life would be like
Had she not done what she’d done
Would the Sun come out during the day?
Would I find that light poured through me and my soul?
Righteous would be the day when my soul would reignite,
Would roses grow from my chest,
Winding themselves out my mouth,
No weeds that need pulling,
Just the strong scent of flowers,
Freshly cut, set in a perfect bunch,
A stem, strong from roots,
Dug deep into my uterus,
No I am not broken any longer,
Only now at the cusp of my life,
The beginning has begun,
And I am so much more beautiful
Not a scar in sight,
My skin went touched doesn’t bleed internally any longer
Only feathers now lay underneath the skin,
Fragile, I am now,
More prone to abuse hurled from customers,
But I am happier,
When my teeth show when smiling,
It’s a true smile, nothing is hidden behind my tongue,
I am not gasping to scream out truth,
My gums are not decaying holding onto any lies,
My chest is not collapsed from all the baggage,
The alveoli in my lungs do not struggle to absorb oxygen,
There are no carcinogens to now bombard me daily
Instead I stand tall,
My meridians are not blocked,
My energy flows through me, freely,
I find it easy to trust people,
I do not think too deeply, and when I sleep
I know when I wake up another day will be just as happy as the previous
I am untouched,
I am pure again,
I am not a warrior
I am now  just a regular person now.
I sometimes wonder what my life would be like
Had she not done what she’d done
Would the Sun come out during the day?
